The Raikage and Kazekage have scheduled a meeting too be held in Kaze no Kuni to discuss future plans. The Akatsuki team of Tobi and Deidara have been assigned too assasinate the two Kage's in their meeting, despite them being guarded by ANBU forces. Once the battle has finished Tobi and Deidara are forced too flee the scene after nearly being beaten.

• This thread is a NO Kill, though you're able to put the opponent in a near-death state
  
• Because of it's plot the fighters are able to do whatever they want, as long as Gaara and Gaia get the upper-hand in the end
